Versachem Gasket Shellac is a dark brown, slow-drying, hard setting liquid design to coat, seal and repair most gaskets. Use it to seal metal gaskets and threaded connections. Works best on flanged surfaces; cork, rubber, paper, felt and metal gaskets; threaded assemblies; and hose connections. Clean and dry surfaces thoroughly. Waterproof formula. Flammable. Temperature Range: -65F to 350F. Set Time: allow to dry to the touch before assembling; cure time: 24 hours.
